Thank you for shopping with The Rewear Edit. We carefully prepare and package each preloved piece so it can begin its next chapter with you.

Processing Times

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable.

Australian Shipping

We offer shipping Australia-wide. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service wherever possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the delivery provider.

The Rewear Edit is not responsible for delays experienced by the postal or courier service after an order has been dispatched.

Combined Shipping

Purchasing more than one piece? Where possible, multiple items purchased in the same order will be packaged and shipped together.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Mackay, Queensland at checkout.

Customers will be contacted once their order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive confirmation before attempting to collect your order.

For privacy and security, full collection details will only be provided directly to customers with confirmed pickup orders.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage charges may apply to have the order resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the delivery provider.

Please retain the packaging and take photographs of any damage where relevant.
